Japan Connection is a British Columbia registered corporation. It serves the needs of Japanese clients who wish to start a new life in the tranquil beauty of the Nelson area. We provide a full range of services centred on the planning and construction of dream homes for those Japanese who have made the decision to forge ahead in Canada .

Our exclusive collaboration with Purcell Timberframe, a company at the forefront of pre-crafted homes, allows us to personally assist the client in choosing the land, design and materials to be used in construction. Purcell Timberframe make optimum use of locally grown lumber. Their talented team of artisans ensure that each home built is a unique testament to customer needs.

Under the experienced leadership of Japan veteran John Craig, former president of Japan Consultants Inc. , our general contractor Al Leclerc provides long experience in building homes in the Kootenays. Together with our bi-lingual business manager Maasa Craig and Japanese lifestyle consultant Sonia Aichi we make sure that all aspects of starting a new life in Canada for Japanese are seamlessly addressed.
